Well, back to work. I didn’t write anything these last few days because like a dumb ass, I volunteered to pull a double. Shit was pretty bananas. Both shifts went by pretty fast because there was just three ov us and a supervisor. The only thing I didn’t like was that I didn’t get to do PLCs and write was going down.
To be honest, not much happened except UFC 148 and from what I can piece together it’s looking to be card ov the year! FUCK.
Around the end ov my first shift, I got the bar to turn it to Fuel so I could highlights and the post show. So I’m just standing there, minding my business, watchin’ the show when some drunk blonde comes up tryin’ to hug up on me and shit. I had to regress and walk away. Figures, this shit will only happen when I’m working. Ain’t that about a b-word?!!
That’s pretty much it. Maybe something will pop off tonight. More than likely nothing will.

So I come in from outside after doin’ my rounds, and I start walkin’ through the casino when some cat asks me to watch his machine. I said, “Sure”, because he was in perfect position to kick back and watch Bader vs Brilz fight. He leaves comes back, thanks me, and off I go. About 45 minutes later I’m walkin’ around the casino when the same cat walks up and slips me a FIFTY! Life is pretty good right now.

Well, you learn something new every day. I found out we close whenever the head count drops. And to stay on point until the floor is cleared. Write those down and hopefully, it won’t happened out.
Just found out we’re opened all night tomorrow. Should be interesting. I’ve been on one side ov the 24 hour open shift (drop), so hopefully I know at least that much, and don’t screw up too much.

I was outside checking the perimeter when I came into a dark area. I noticed a bottle and being the good guy that I am, I decide to pick it up and throw it away. As I got to the trash can and closer to the lamp post, I noticed it was a goddamn piss bottle. That shit is so fuckin’ gross, man! I don’t know why, but I felt the need to share.

Well, the past four weeks I’ve been on Swings (4:00pm-12am). Now, they’ve got me workin’ Graves. (12am-8am). Should be interesting. Most ov the week we’re closed 2am-8am. Less customers, less stress. It’s 3:30 am and there isn’t shit to do until 5:30 when the Drop Team shows up. I wonder if they’ve missed me? I was gonna start this then I started Drop, better late than never I guess.
